Your platform
The Apple version of Emoji Merge: Drop is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Apple's terms govern that app license. Purchases also follow the applicable App Store terms.
For the Android version, VELIAN grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the game on compatible devices for your own non-commercial use. Google Play distribution and purchases are also subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. Google is not the developer of Emoji Merge.
You must meet your store's age and account requirements and have any parent or guardian permission required by law. The game is not directed specifically to children under 13.
Purchases and Party Pass
The game offers optional consumable packs and a weekly auto-renewing Party Pass. The store shows the actual localized price and billing terms before you confirm. Party Pass renews weekly until canceled through the store where you subscribed. Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not cancel it.
Use Manage Subscription in the Shop or your store's subscription settings. Restore Purchases checks eligible purchases with the same store account; consumed packs cannot be restored. Apple and Google Play purchases do not transfer between platforms.
Gems, tickets, abilities, and other virtual items are for use inside the game. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money. Refunds are handled according to your store's policies and applicable consumer law: Apple purchase support or Google Play refunds.
Ads, rankings, and progress
Free runs may include ads at eligible breaks. Rewarded ads are optional and depend on availability. An active Party Pass or ticket run suppresses automatic ads; optional rewarded ads remain available.
Online features require connectivity and the relevant platform services. Apple 1.1.9 and Android 1.0.9 share global rankings while keeping platform accounts separate. Earlier Android versions use separate historical rankings without seasonal prizes. Friends comparisons remain Apple-only. Reward eligibility is described in Apple player support and Android player support. Neither Apple nor Google sponsors the game's competitions.
Signed-in current releases synchronize gems and tickets with the same platform account. Only the last synchronized balance can be restored. Unsynchronized offline changes, saved runs, settings, and collections are not a full cloud save. Uninstalling or clearing app storage can permanently remove local progress. Features may be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions.
Fair play and ownership
Do not manipulate purchases or rankings, interfere with other players, bypass service security, or use the game unlawfully. We may remove fraudulent ranking records or restrict misuse of online features. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
The game, website, characters, artwork, and branding belong to VELIAN or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Rights permitted by applicable law remain available.
Online profiles and competitions
Apple 1.1.9 and Android 1.0.9 share global rankings and seasonal rewards. Sign-in uses Game Center or Play Games; Apple and Google profiles remain separate. The in-game Leaderboard Guide explains eligibility, season dates, ranking order, prizes, payout availability, and Sync. Each player has a unique Global place. For equal results, the record received earlier by the server ranks higher. Seasonal prizes follow the final Global place, with rewards for the top 10 in each board. All Time and Apple Friends comparisons award no prizes. Payouts may be paused during service transitions.
Competitions are organized by VELIAN Interactive LLC. No purchase is required. Rewards are virtual items with no cash value. Apple and Google are not sponsors or organizers. Synchronized wallets restore the last confirmed balance for the same platform account, not unsynchronized offline changes or unfinished games. Deleting a profile removes its online wallet and uncollected rewards and does not cancel a subscription.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.
