Delete your Android online profile in the game
In Android version 1.0.0, open the main menu, choose Settings → Delete account & data, read the confirmation, and choose Delete permanently. Use the same Play Games account and stay connected to the internet. The game verifies your identity before deleting your Firebase game profile and all associated Android ranking records, including past seasons.
If deletion is interrupted, online submissions stay paused on that device. Open the same setting to retry. The game confirms completion only after checking that ranking records were removed and Firebase confirms account deletion. If you cannot finish, use the support route below.
This deletes your online game profile, not your Google account or Play Games account. Your local gems, tickets, discoveries, and saved game remain on your device. Deleting your profile does not cancel Party Pass. Manage it separately through Google Play subscriptions.
Send a deletion request
You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the game. Email contact@veliangames.com with the subject Emoji Merge account and data deletion, or use our contact form.
- Tell us whether you use Android or an Apple device, and whether you want your game profile and all associated data deleted or only specific data.
- Include your Play Games player name for Android, if known, and enough context to help locate your records. You can still submit a request if you no longer have access to the app.
- We will follow up to verify ownership before deleting account records. A public player name alone is not proof of ownership. Never send your password, sign-in codes, or payment card details.
This is a request handled by our support team, not an automatic deletion button. We will explain any verification steps, the expected completion time, and any information that must be retained when we respond. We process verified requests without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines, and confirm the outcome.
Android: what the request covers
A full Emoji Merge account deletion request covers your Firebase game profile and associated Android leaderboard entries, including the stored player name, identifier, scores, combos, and ranking timestamps. You can also request deletion of support correspondence or other personal data processed by us or providers acting on our behalf.
Firebase records do not disappear when you uninstall the app, clear its storage, or delete Google Play Games data. Seasonal records are not automatically erased when a season ends. They remain until deleted following a verified request or service maintenance.
The in-game deletion flow clears queued ranking submissions and blocks old sessions from writing new results for the deleted profile. Automatic refresh does not create a replacement profile. Choosing to connect to online rankings again can create a new profile; old ranking records are not restored. For a support request, we will explain how submissions are stopped as part of fulfillment.
Local progress and Apple services
Gems, tickets, discoveries, settings, and saved runs are stored on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes local progress and may be irreversible. Server-side deletion does not remotely erase your device. Purchases and full game progress do not transfer between Android and Apple devices.

Subscriptions and records retained separately
Deleting game data does not cancel Party Pass or delete your Apple or Google account. Cancel through Google Play subscriptions or your Apple account's subscription settings. Store billing and refund records remain subject to the store's policies and legal obligations.
Limited records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, security, an unresolved dispute, or a legal obligation. Any exception and its applicable retention period will be explained in our response. Data processed independently by Apple, Google, or advertising providers remains subject to their own privacy controls. We will address requests concerning our providers where they act on our behalf.
Android self-service deletion retains a minimal private security marker containing the old Firebase identifier and the time deletion started. It contains no player name, scores, wallet, or purchase history. It prevents cached sessions from restoring deleted records and is retained while needed to enforce that protection; it is not automatically erased at season end.
